Cost-Filters

Reads a cost filter written as its JSON document or as CFL text, such as costs.provider = 'Amazon Web Services' AND costs.region LIKE 'eu-%', and returns both canonical spellings. A filter that does not parse returns 400 with the position of the error. Every filter parameter and field of this API accepts either spelling; CFL is described at https://docs.costfluent.com/cost-reports/filter-language.
